In family law, Eliza handles complex and sensitive matters with discretion, empathy, and precision, including divorce, child custody, maintenance, and family-related disputes. In banking and financial law, she advises individuals and institutions on regulatory compliance, financial disputes, contractual matters, and risk management.

Charoula Argyrou
Charoulla, Senior Partner of the firm, is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in administrative law, immigration law, insurance and claims, and probates and the law of succession. She is known for her analytical precision, practical judgment, and strong commitment to client advocacy.
In administrative law, Charoulla represents clients in matters involving public authorities, regulatory bodies, and administrative decisions, offering strategic guidance and effective representation. Her immigration law practice focuses on advising and assisting individuals and families with residency, permits, naturalization, and related proceedings, navigating complex legal frameworks with clarity and care.
Charoulla also has substantial expertise in insurance and claims, handling policy disputes, compensation claims, and negotiations with insurers to protect her clients’ rights. In probates and succession law, she advises on estate administration, wills, inheritance disputes, and related matters, approaching each case with diligence, sensitivity, and respect for family dynamics.

Alexandros Papadopoulos
Alexandro’s, senior partner of the firm, he co-manage the firm with two partners, contributing to strategic decision-making, client development, and operational growth. He leads the Corporate, Commercial & Property Department, overseeing complex cross-border corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and high-value property deals. His role includes advising multinational and local clients on corporate governance, commercial structuring, and regulatory compliance.
In parallel, he serves as the firm’s Compliance Officer, ensuring full adherence to Cypriot and EU regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT, GDPR, and professional ethics obligations. He designs and implements compliance frameworks, supervise client onboarding and due diligence, conduct internal risk assessments, and maintain direct communication with regulatory authorities and financial institutions.
This dual role combines strategic legal leadership with hands-on regulatory oversight, enabling me to deliver commercially focused solutions while safeguarding the firm and its clients against legal and regulatory risk.
